Return and Replacement Policy

  • Inspection and Verification: If you believe the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service & send a video of the product within 24hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup at our own cost to retrieve the product for inspection.
  • Product Inspection: Once the product is received, we will thoroughly inspect it to verify the manufacturing defect.
  • Replacement or Credit Note: If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you the option of a replacement with a similar product (subject to availability) within 7-10 days. If the product is not available in stock, we will issue a credit note for the equivalent amount, which you can use for future purchases on our website.
  1. Personal Preference: We understand that personal preferences may vary. If you wish to replace a product due to personal liking or style preference, we offer the following option:
  • Alternate Product: You can return the product to us at your own cost and choose an alternate product from our collection of the same or higher value. If the chosen product has a higher value, you will need to pay the differential amount.

Please Note:

  • The replacement option for personal preference is available within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product for replacement (due to personal preference) must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Replacement for personal preference is subject to product availability.
