In any business transaction, a return policy is essential in order to provide customers with a sense of security and reassurance. However, the return policy solely applies in cases where the received goods are damaged.

Customers have to send a picture of the damaged product within 2 days after receiving the product. If they do, they will receive a replacement for the damaged goods within 7-10 working days. The company will bear the costs of replacing the damaged product, including shipping or return fees. In addition to this, customers have the option to exchange the damaged product for another one of equal or greater value.

In conclusion, the company's return policy guarantees a hassle-free and fair transaction for its customers. By providing a return policy only for damaged goods, the company ensures that customers are protected while eliminating the risk of fraudulent claims. The company's prompt replacement and exchange process also showcases its dedication to customer satisfaction.
